    吉林市龙麒工程造价咨询有限责任公司，成立于1997年，系经建设部直接批准的甲级资质工程造价咨询单位，公司为股份制中介机构，具有独立法人地位，全方位开展工程造价咨询有偿服务。
    本公司曾连续多年被吉林省和吉林市工商管理部门评为“守合同重信用单位”。多次与国际国内著名公司合作，在国内外拥有良好业绩。本公司拥有一套规范适用的国际工程造价运行体系和管理理念，具有一批多年从事工程造价工作的专家和现代复合型人才队伍，汇集现代设备和先进软件于一体,为不同行业的40余家大型企业210多亿元的工程项目投资，提供了满意服务。公司现有员工40名，其中国家注册的造价工程师12名、高级工程师和高级经济师15名、工程师18名，公司全员均具有建设行业颁发的资格证书。
    本公司在石油、化工、冶金、水电、市政工程、工业与民用建筑、工业与生活污水处理等各领域，全方位开展工程造价咨询业务。主要承接建设项目建议书与可行性研究、投资估算的编制审核、项目经济评价；工程概算、预算、结算与竣工决算；工程招标标底、投标报价的编制和审核；提供建设项目各阶段工程造价监控以及工程项目的索赔业务；接受司法机关与仲裁机构委托对工程经济纠纷进行鉴定；工程造价的全过程全方位咨询服务。
    Jilin City longqi Engineering Cost Estimation & Convsultation Co.，Ltd. was founded in 1997,having consultation Class A qualification, approved by the Ministry of Construction and being one of the independent legal person position and share-stock intermediate mechanism in China's consulting service field.
